RoHS . safety standard

When buying products of major brands in the world, we often see RoHS safety standard logos glued or printed on products.

RoHS stands for Restriction of Hazardous Substances, which translates to Restriction of Hazardous Substances.

RoHS is a set of standard rules promulgated by European law and effective from 1 July 2006 to protect people and the environment from hazardous substances found in electrical and electronic products.

All industrial products sold in the European market are therefore required to comply with this set of standards. And RoHS standards are always updated with banned substances to make products safer.
